We had an amazing cooking class this week. Such a nice couple who made us feel like at home and provided a super comfortable atmosphere. Niccolo is also a sommelier, so we had delicious wine with even more delicious food! Would definitely recommend and also go back 🙂 Thanks for a nice experience!

It was such a great experience! Learning the history of Italian pasta was fascinating, and the chef was incredible—passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging. I love how simple the recipes are, and the results were absolutely delicious. The dishes we prepared were light, full of flavor, and paired perfectly with some fabulous wines from where the chef grew up. The highlight of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan!

We had an amazing experience with Niccolò! My wife and I booked a private cooking class at his home, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. We made two types of fresh pasta, gelato, and tiramisu — everything was hands-on, well explained, and surprisingly easy to follow, even without much prior experience. Niccolò creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and you really feel like you’re cooking with a friend rather than attending a formal class. The food overall was delicious, and we learned techniques we can actually use at home, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for something authentic, fun, and genuinely memorable.
